At Krystal Jewelry, we strive to ensure that every piece of jewelry brings joy and satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not fit - and we have provided the option of an exchange.
Please note:
According to the current legislation of Ukraine, jewelry of proper quality is not subject to return or exchange (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994).
Exchange is possible:
You can exchange jewelry of proper quality in the following cases: if the size (ring, bracelet or necklace) does not fit;
Products with precious stones are accepted for exchange only after passing an examination at our production facility.
Exchange is not possible if:
the seal or tag is damaged;
there is no sales receipt or product passport;
the jewelry has signs of wear or has been damaged (exception: manufacturing defect);
more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase;
the color of the product has changed due to external influences (swimming pool, chemicals, high temperature, etc.).
How to use the exchange:
Please contact the boutique where the jewelry was purchased, or our online store if the order was made online. In case of exchange by mail, please fill out the Exchange Application .
